Thanks for joining me on this beautiful, sunny day, On The Lookout in Point Pleasant Park. There are many people in the park today, as the world's largest aircraft carrier is in the Halifax Harbour and people have come to get a glimpse. It is so peaceful to do yoga next to the ocean, in the park, even though there is lots of activity. There is something soothing about hearing the sound of the water, wildlife and even families.
