We are doing a YOGA for Runners class today and we're overlooking the Bluenose Marathon. It is fun to have the runners and excitement of the marathon behind us while we practice yoga on Citadel Hill. Join me for some fun poses and flows that work really well either before or after a run. These flows are great to improve your flexibility, even if you are not a runner.
