YOGA with Cia! In Halifax’s Point Pleasant Park, Overlooking Purcell’s Cove, NS. (sequence)

We are in Halifax’s popular, Point Pleasant Park, overlooking Purcell's Cove, for today’s sunset yoga session. I get so energized and inspired doing yoga in this beautiful park next to the ocean. The sound of the waves, the sun on my face and the fresh ocean air, all add to the magic of doing yoga in nature. I hope you leave feeling refreshed, strengthened, stretched and even a little happier… as I do, when practicing yoga outside. Let all the cares of the day go away! Namaste

YOGA with Cia! On The Lookout at Point Pleasant Park, Halifax, NS. (sequence)

Thanks for joining me on this beautiful, sunny day, On The Lookout in Point Pleasant Park. There are many people in the park today, as the world's largest aircraft carrier is in the Halifax Harbour and people have come to get a glimpse. It is so peaceful to do yoga next to the ocean, in the park, even though there is lots of activity. There is something soothing about hearing the sound of the water, wildlife and even families. Enjoy the relaxation, strengthening and calming that you gain from today's practice. Namaste
