Cia Tweel provides a Fun Fitness Warm-Up at Dalplex!
fitCia quickly jumps into action providing smiles and fun while leading groups in fun Fitness, Dance or Salsafit Warm-Ups. You may have a Yoga or stretch element in your Warm-Up, or in a separate Yoga session. We will most definitely have some fun!
Thank You to everyone that joins in the success of these events… your help supports very worthy Charitable Events each year, for which Cia donates the Fun Fitness Warm-up! Many events also have a POP-UP YOGA with Cia! session following the Run/Walk. We would love to see you come out and participate sometime!
