Join me today on the banks of the mouth of the Sackville River for a warming flow in February! I find the sound of the water and rapid waves calming yet energizing. I love doing yoga in nature. Fitness with Cia at East River Falls, NS.

Join me in front of this raging river and flowing Nova Scotia waterfall.  It adds a magical touch, being close to the falls.  Draw inspiration to get stronger from the power of the river, as you burn calories and get energized.  Today we are doing a strength & cardio interval using the resistance tube; if you prefer, use free weights.  Enjoy, have fun and repeat, as you desire!

Thanks for joining me for this Standing Yoga flow... at Ross' Dam, PEI.  Standing yoga is really good to improve balance, burn extra calories... and convenient; when it's 7 degrees Celsius, you're on a rocky incline and water is splashing around you!  Standing practices have the added advantage of focusing more on balance and calorie burn.  Besides that, it is a fun, energetic flow... enjoy the practice and the scenery!
