We are on the waterfront, at Spinnakers Landing, in Summerside, PEI. It is early spring, there are still pockets of snow, yet it is nice and warm. We are doing a warming flow, which will burn some calories. It’s fun practicing yoga in this vacant tourist area, where we can see the brightly coloured shops, as we look around. YOGA with Cia! Quite a Windy Day at Peggy’s Cove, NS. (sequence)

We are doing our practice on a warm, but Quite a Windy Day at Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia. It is magnificent here, with all the giant, granite rocks, waves and yes, wind! The wind can blow the stresses of the day right out of you; I find it kind of fun. If you ever get a chance, come out and try some yoga poses, at this majestic location... until that time, join me here! YOGA with Cia! at North Rustico Harbour Beach, PEI.

Join me in an 'Ocean themed' class on the beach in Rustico Harbour. It is so peaceful, energizing and de-stressing to do Yoga on the Beach. Breathe in the ocean air, do the dolphin and starfish pose... get balanced and have some fun. It is also magical to do yoga just as the sun is setting. It is truly magical doing Yoga 'Under The Rainbow' on the Kiwanis Splash Pad in Victoria Park, Charlottetown PEI. We are practicing today at the 'Golden Hour', just before sunset, which is also a magical time of day.
Enjoy the inspiring sites and sounds in the park as you practice with me in this balancing flow.  You will feel refreshed, relaxed and energized at the end of the practice and you can enjoy the beauty of the sunset at the close as your visual reward.
