YOGA with Cia! at Spinnakers Landing, Summerside, PEI. (sequence)
We are on the waterfront, at Spinnakers Landing, in Summerside, PEI. It is early spring, there are still pockets of snow, yet it is nice and warm. We are doing a warming flow, which will burn some calories. It’s fun practicing yoga in this vacant tourist area, where we can see the brightly coloured shops, as we look around.
