This fitness class is good for any level of fitness. We are doing intervals of cardio and strength ending with a cooling yoga stretch to finish off as a reward for your efforts. You will feel strengthened, yet energized and happier by the end of the class. Enjoy every minute and have fun… you will find yourself wanting to return again and again!

Fitness with Cia at Butcher Hill Falls, NS.

Join me in front of these majestic, towering Nova Scotia waterfalls.  It always seems to add an element of magic when being close to the falls.  Conveniently, you can also be cooled as needed, from the gentle spray, as you burn calories and get energized.  Today we are doing a strength & cardio workout using a resistance tube; if you prefer, use free weights.  Enjoy, have fun and hit play or pause as your heart desires!

Let yourself be cooled and energized by the falls in this cascading cardio/strength workout. You may be surprised how the magical energy around waterfalls makes your workout seem easier and much more fun than usual!
