We are at Sullivan’s Pond East today, in the golden hour and it is such a beautiful location to practice yoga, that we have come back again and again. There are ducks, white geese, people walking their dogs and a pretty fountain, which is lit up at night. It is so peaceful to do yoga here and I love it… hope you enjoy today’s practice. Namaste

YOGA with Cia! Paddling and Rowing On Lake Banook, Dartmouth, NS.

Today is a warm summer day and we are doing our Yoga class in Silver's Hill Park, overlooking the paddling and rowing on Lake Banook in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Seeing the dragon boats, kayaks, canoes and swimmers is really fun while doing our practice. It also makes me feel cooler when we do yoga next to the lake. Let your cares of the day flow away as we do some 'water inspired' poses like diver, seahorse and dolphin! As always, have fun, enjoy and come back again and again!

Today our practice is at Frog Pond, Jollimore, Halifax. Doing yoga on this lovely trail, on the edge of the pond, is so refreshing. There are many ducks, squirrels and dogs with their humans. We are in Halifax’s popular, Point Pleasant Park, overlooking Purcell's Cove, for today’s sunset yoga session. I get so energized and inspired doing yoga in this beautiful park next to the ocean. The sound of the waves, the sun on my face and the fresh ocean air, all add to the magic of doing yoga in nature. YOGA with Cia! On The Beach At The Waterfront, Halifax, NS. (sequence)

We are On The Beach At The Waterfront, in Halifax, practicing yoga today. It is a very blustery and chilly Spring day, with wind gusts of 60km/h, but that does not discourage us from doing a class. I believe we can do yoga anywhere, any time. It is so fun to do yoga out in the middle of it all, in the heart of downtown! What a treat to have a sandy beach downtown! The sunshine has brought out people, dogs, kids and me! Enjoy the flows, the sites and sounds, as you get more energized, balanced, relaxed, stronger, more flexible and happy with today's practice. Careful; don't blow away! Namaste

YOGA with Cia! at The Historic Hydrostone Park, Halifax, NS. (sequence)

We are in the Historic Hydrostone Park, Halifax, N.S. for our yoga and we are doing a warming flow to combat the winter chill. We can still have fun, even when it is chilly... and get energized with our moving flows. It is fun to see the crows, a few people and their dogs, as well as the storefronts surrounding the park. I always enjoy looking at the scenery when I do a practice outside. I hope you get rejuvenated, relaxed and even enjoy a bit of fun from today's practice. Namaste

YOGA with Cia! Windy Winter Gardens, Halifax, NS. (sequence)

It is quite fun and magical doing yoga in the snow, especially in a Windy, Winter Gardens.  We are in the Public Gardens in Halifax, NS today.  It is a chilly -4 Celsius, but we are doing a 'warming flow,' burning some calories and getting energized, as well as relaxed!  If you do a 'snow' practice, dress warmly and comfortably.  The fresh winter air is invigorating.  Enjoy every move, change those that you don't like and let yourself be pampered.  Have fun! When you are done, go inside and treat yourself to your favorite warm beverage; hot chocolate, tea, coffee, or a creation of your choice!  Congratulations for working out today... we are the lucky ones who get to do yoga in our day! We can truly enjoy a hopeful yoga session anywhere, anytime! We are in Peace and Friendship park on Barrington Street, Halifax, NS. The temp is -2 degrees Celsius and I am leading you in a warming and de-stressing practice. Enjoy the moves, change any that don't suit you; I want you to pamper yourself and have fun! Enjoy the special lights on the poles and magnificent tree behind me. I love the lights; they make me happier during the practice. Thanks again for joining me... please come back again and again!
