We are in Halifax’s popular, Point Pleasant Park, overlooking Purcell's Cove, for today’s sunset yoga session. I get so energized and inspired doing yoga in this beautiful park next to the ocean. The sound of the waves, the sun on my face and the fresh ocean air, all add to the magic of doing yoga in nature. We are On The Beach At The Waterfront, in Halifax, practicing yoga today. It is a very blustery and chilly Spring day, with wind gusts of 60km/h, but that does not discourage us from doing a class. I believe we can do yoga anywhere, any time. It is so fun to do yoga out in the middle of it all, in the heart of downtown! What a treat to have a sandy beach downtown! The sunshine has brought out people, dogs, kids and me! Enjoy the flows, the sites and sounds, as you get more energized, balanced, relaxed, stronger, more flexible and happy with today's practice. We are on the waterfront, at Spinnakers Landing, in Summerside, PEI. It is early spring, there are still pockets of snow, yet it is nice and warm. We are doing a warming flow, which will burn some calories. It’s fun practicing yoga in this vacant tourist area, where we can see the brightly coloured shops, as we look around. We are in the Historic Hydrostone Park, Halifax, N.S. for our yoga and we are doing a warming flow to combat the winter chill. We can still have fun, even when it is chilly... and get energized with our moving flows. It is fun to see the crows, a few people and their dogs, as well as the storefronts surrounding the park. I always enjoy looking at the scenery when I do a practice outside. I hope you get rejuvenated, relaxed and even enjoy a bit of fun from today's practice. Namaste

This evening we are Moonlighting At Queensland Beach, NS. I find doing an evening yoga practice, next to the waves, so relaxing and calming. The salty sea air and warm sand under my mat are very comforting. Try practicing yoga on a beach... I think you will enjoy it. We are doing our practice on a warm, but Quite a Windy Day at Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia. It is magnificent here, with all the giant, granite rocks, waves and yes, wind! The wind can blow the stresses of the day right out of you; I find it kind of fun. Today, we are looking Out To Sea at Point Pleasant Park, in Halifax, NS during our yoga practice. The sea air is so refreshing and I find it very peaceful to do yoga here. Seeing the herons, seagulls, squirrels and seals, soothes the soul while we practice. If you've never tried practicing yoga in a park, I invite you to do so; I find it magical and rejuvenating.
