We can truly enjoy a hopeful yoga session anywhere, anytime! We are in Peace and Friendship park on Barrington Street, Halifax, NS. The temp is -2 degrees Celsius and I am leading you in a warming and de-stressing practice. Enjoy the moves, change any that don't suit you; I want you to pamper yourself and have fun! Enjoy the special lights on the poles and magnificent tree behind me. I love the lights; they make me happier during the practice. Thanks again for joining me... please come back again and again!

Today, we are looking Out To Sea at Point Pleasant Park, in Halifax, NS during our yoga practice. The sea air is so refreshing and I find it very peaceful to do yoga here. Seeing the herons, seagulls, squirrels and seals, soothes the soul while we practice. If you've never tried practicing yoga in a park, I invite you to do so; I find it magical and rejuvenating.

Thank you for joining me today at MacCormacks Beach, in Eastern Passage, overlooking Fisherman's Cove. It is so peaceful to do yoga on the beach. It is one of my favorite locations to practice. While practicing, you can enjoy the salty ocean air, ocean birds, sounds of families and their dogs, also enjoying all the area has to offer. There is a beautiful boardwalk next to the beach to take a stroll. If you ever get a chance to come here, it is a nice summer outing. Take your time, enjoy every moment and get pampered with today's practice. Namaste

Fitness with Cia on Canada Day In Charlottetown, PEI.

Happy Canada Day! It is fabulous to work out anywhere, anytime, outdoors. Today we are taking advantage of the Canada Day Concert in Charlottetown, PEI and working out to the live music. It is fun to improvise moves to whatever song or act comes next!
We are enjoying the energy of the people and the wonderful summer sun. Enjoy getting stronger and happier with this cardio/tube interval workout. Get as much water as you need and have fun!
