YOGA with Cia! Finding Fairy Hill, On The Common, Dartmouth, NS. (sequence)

We are doing our practice on Fairy Hill, on the Dartmouth Common. I always find doing yoga in a park very peaceful. Give it a try, if you haven't yet. The leaves are still falling and there is a gentle breeze that adds to the peacefulness of the day. Breathe deeply and let all the cares of the day just fall away.
