Doing a Yoga practice in nature is amazing! Today we are sharing a practice in Victoria Park in Downtown Halifax. You would not know you are in the middle of a city with the rolling grass hills, cascading fountain and canopy of lush green trees. The sound of the fountain and the wind through the trees is very calming. Come get de-stressed, more flexible, strong and calm as we have fun doing yoga on our mat... on the soft grass!
