The sound and site of the waves is so calming, yet energizing, which goes really well with a yoga practice. "Surf's Up" at Lawrencetown Beach in Nova Scotia and there are many surfers here today. It is so fun to do Yoga on a beach and especially this one, where there is lots of activity. Breathe in the fresh ocean air and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach, as we do our poses.
Remember to have fun and enjoy every moment… then congratulate yourself for doing something wonderful for your mind and body. You will be stronger, calmer, more flexible and happier by the end of today’s practice. Namaste
