Join me in a fun yoga practice at Caribou, NS, while we await the MV Holiday Island Ferry, that will take us to PEI. It is so relaxing, yet energizing to do yoga at the water's edge. I enjoy looking at the waves while I move and it is fun to practice yoga outside, where you can be inspired by the sites, sounds and salt air. YOGA with Cia! at MacCormacks Beach, Eastern Passage, NS.
Thank you for joining me today at MacCormacks Beach, in Eastern Passage, overlooking Fisherman's Cove. It is so peaceful to do yoga on the beach. It is one of my favorite locations to practice. While practicing, you can enjoy the salty ocean air, ocean birds, sounds of families and their dogs, also enjoying all the area has to offer. There is a beautiful boardwalk next to the beach to take a stroll. If you ever get a chance to come here, it is a nice summer outing. Take your time, enjoy every moment and get pampered with today's practice. Namaste

It is always beautiful, peaceful and calming to do Yoga in a park. Today we are in Acadia Park, Lower Sackville, NS. It is a pretty little park with flower beds, gazebos, picnic tables and even a fountain! Enjoy the greenery and beautiful colours of the flowers while we practice our Yoga.
