Standing yoga is really good to improve balance, burn extra calories... and convenient; when it's 7 degrees Celsius, you're on a rocky incline and water is splashing around you! Standing practices have the added advantage of focusing more on balance and calorie burn. Besides that, it is a fun, energetic flow... enjoy the practice and the scenery! Namaste
