Join me on The Hill in Halifax, 'enjoying the Citadel Sunset.' It is peaceful, relaxing and energizing to do a practice at this time. Many people have come out to enjoy the sunset, on this warm day. It is also fun to see the dogs, birds and cars going by... and still be able to focus on our yoga. Let yourself be pampered, relaxed and energized with this practice.
