Join me today at Purcell Landing in Point Pleasant Park. Today's practice is special to me, as you can see where I spent my childhood, behind me, across the water… Purcell's Cove. I remember taking a ferry from Purcell's Cove to this very landing, where there used to be a canteen and we would get Ice-cream after the trip. I always find doing yoga outdoors, especially in this park and next to the North West Arm, so calming and peaceful. Many people with their dogs, children and families come to the park and they gave me a smile as I led you today. Breathe deep, enjoy every flow and add your own personality.
