Join me today on the Dingle Beach in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I always find doing yoga on the beach, no matter what time of year, so calming and inspiring. If you ever get a chance try it… of course you can always imagine you are, with me! The ocean air, sounds of people enjoying the beach and park is very comforting. Join me in some pampering, loving flows and you'll feel energized and refreshed afterwards.
