Thank you for joining me today at Crystal Crescent Beach, Nova Scotia. One of my favorite things is practising yoga on the beach. The sound and site of the waves is so calming, yet energizing, which goes really well with a yoga practice. Let all the cares of the day go away, as you do these flows and poses... and attempt to become At One With the Waves. Always find the comfort in the pose and enjoy, have fun and get rejuvenated.
