YOGA with Cia! at The Nook – Point Pleasant Park, Halifax, NS.

It is so lovely to live in the Maritimes, with all the beautiful parks, beaches and shorelines.  Today we are doing our Yoga at The Nook in Point Pleasant Park in Halifax.  The sounds of the ocean and birds, as well as the dogs and small creatures are magical.  Join me on the mat and imagine you are right here with me, in the park.  Let all the cares of the day go away and feel pampered!  Remember... always have fun in your practice!  Namaste.
