Let's celebrate CAPITAL CITY Canada Day, In Charlottetown, with Yoga! It is so fun to be where 'it is all happening,' while doing a yoga practice. We can do yoga anywhere, to any music. It is so peaceful to do yoga outdoors, in Victoria Park, overlooking the Charlottetown Harbour. The day is alive with energy, people and music, then finishes off with a brilliant fireworks display. I hope you have fun, while getting more flexible, stronger, calmer and happier. Happy Canada Day! Namaste
