Doing Yoga on the beach is one of my favorite things to do. Thank you for joining me today at Crystal Crescent Beach in Nova Scotia. There is a beautiful series of beaches strung together. Practising yoga on the warm sand, with the sound of the waves is so peaceful and relaxing. If you ever get a chance come do your practice on this beautiful beach, or another one, of your liking.
