It is truly magical doing Yoga 'Under The Rainbow' on the Kiwanis Splash Pad in Victoria Park, Charlottetown PEI. We are practicing today at the 'Golden Hour', just before sunset, which is also a magical time of day.
Enjoy the inspiring sites and sounds in the park as you practice with me in this balancing flow.  You will feel refreshed, relaxed and energized at the end of the practice and you can enjoy the beauty of the sunset at the close as your visual reward.
