We are doing a YOGA for Runners class today and we're overlooking the Bluenose Marathon. It is fun to have the runners and excitement of the marathon behind us while we practice yoga on Citadel Hill. Join me for some fun poses and flows that work really well either before or after a run. These flows are great to improve your flexibility, even if you are not a runner. YOGA with Cia! at Victoria By The Cia, PEI.
Travelling along the Trans Canada Highway from the Confederation Bridge to Charlottetown PEI, or back, we often gaze across the Westmoreland River to Victoria By The Sea and the South Shore. Today we took a little detour on a cold and windy day, to get a sunset yoga practice, on the sandy shore. It is a rather magical site and now whenever we travel that part of the journey, we can remember the special day we worked out ‘over there- Victoria By The Cia’ and recollect the cool wind and the hot fox tracks! YOGA with Cia! at North Rustico Harbour Beach, PEI.
Join me in an 'Ocean themed' class on the beach in Rustico Harbour. It is so peaceful, energizing and de-stressing to do Yoga on the Beach. Breathe in the ocean air, do the dolphin and starfish pose... get balanced and have some fun. It is also magical to do yoga just as the sun is setting.
